Ari's story

Dear Ari, Wow!! What an emotional 1st year it has been! It feels like just yesterday that I was being wheeled down to the NICU to meet you. You have no idea how much you have helped us this year - your gentle spirit has helped us get through some major bumps in the road. It has been amazing watching your grow and develop and I cant wait to see what you do next! Stats: Height: 26.75" Weight: 16 lbs 7 oz Teeth: 4 New skills: standing without support, saying dada and mama, clapping a lot, laughing at funny things, confident up the stairs, bear walking when you dont like how something feels on your knees June seems to be a month where lots of things end, so we had lots of celebrations things month. We sadly said goodbye to our Roots of Empathy class and had a warp up party with some of the babies in the group. Music ended as well. You really enjoyed playing (and eating) all of the instruments. We also loved going to the play cafe with Finley after classes.  ...

Dear Ari, How has it been 11 month already? Time is just flying by!! This has been a busy month! You cut your first teeth (2 of them), started walking with a walker and explored the water park by the house. You are so inquisitive and love exploring new things! Stats: Height: 26.25" Weight: 16 lbs 3 oz Teeth: 2 New skills: Walking with a walker, trying to stand up on your own, waving bye bye and saying the words (you have done this 2x now), saying da da when daddy comes home, bear walking when you dont like the feel of something on your knees We have continued to do lots of different play groups, and you love being around your friends. Its also interesting to me that you have figured out who is leading the group and you like to be close to them when they are singing. Here you are with hanging out Carmen and Kelly and then exploring bubbles with Jacob. You also love mommy's tea cup and you try and get it at any chance you can! You love to be outside so ...
